1. What information we collect

When you use Quoice, we collect:

• Your email address and password (for account access)
• Business information you enter: business name, ABN, phone, address, bank details
• Client information you enter: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses
• Quote and invoice content: line items, amounts, notes, dates
• Your business logo if you upload one

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide the Service — generating your quotes and invoices, sending emails on your behalf, and displaying your business information on documents. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with Supabase in the Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2) region. Emails are sent via Resend. Both services maintain their own privacy and security practices.

4. Your client's data

When you enter client names, emails, and contact details into Quoice, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use that information. You should have a legitimate business reason for holding each client's personal details.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level security policies. Bank details and client information are only accessible to your account. We do not store passwords in plain text.

7. Cookies and tracking

Quoice uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics platforms, or third-party tracking cookies.
